In April 2023, the company announced the transformational acquisition of a controlling stake in the advanced Hidden Lake Lithium Project in Yellowknife, Northern Territories of Canada, formalising a joint venture with Patriot Battery Metals (ASX:PMT, TSXV:PMET. The Project covers a 2,500 hectare land position across 6 contiguous claims, containing 14 mapped lithium spodumene bearing pegmatite outcrops – with the 4 drill tested spanning a cumulative strike length of 2,250m.

The Company also holds the Triese Lithium Project and Brisk Lithium Project in the prolific James Bay Lithium District of Quebec, Canada, which hosts a number of potentially world-class lithium projects. Québec is actively developing and investing in its mineral resource sector, particularly in the battery metals and critical minerals sectors, resulting in an abundance of skilled labour and a deep well of local knowledge that Loyal Lithium is tapping as the project advances.

Loyal Lithium’s Scotty Lithium Project in Nevada is adjacent to the existing Iconic Minerals Ltd (TSXV: ICM) Bonnie Claire Project, with similar geology existing between the two. Quartz-rich volcanic rocks that contain anomalous amounts of lithium occur within and adjacent to the drainage basin with a USGS geochemical analysis yielding significant lithium values. The Project is located 189km northwest of Las Vegas and 517km from Reno, Nevada, where Tesla’s GigaFactory is located.
